This little country bumkin Texas wedding was a home grown, family designed wedding in their back yard! It was a simple wedding in regard to expense but so so so very rich in love and worship of God–really what a wedding should be about. Not only the frills and beauty of a wedding day to enjoy, but the covenant and union of a marriage before God! Holy and perfect, life long and deep. Naomi and Micah performed a song of worship during their ceremony and the entire congregation of family and guest sang and worshiped with them. I totally got choked up and to date it’s one of my favorite ceremonies I’ve witnessed. You guys, it RAINED all morning during this wedding… that means all the friends and family members that were setting up, were in the chilly cold and not one complained. Then the skies opened and the sun shined right before the ceremony! I hope you guys don’t mind me sharing, but these two sweet peas kept their first kiss for their wedding day! How precious!!!! How perfect and how much more exciting the first kiss was for everyone ha ha. Especially dad, who lead the union and said “you may now kiss your bride” which by the way, took a very long and pause between each word in order to build the pressure. Well speaking of pressure–I’m keeping you from viewing the rest, so I’ll end here and say as always… Enjoy!

I’m so thankful to the Lord for bringing these two into MY life! Ever since I’ve met them I’ve found someone else that knows them too and they love them just as much as me ha! These two are a light in this world and I’m so excited to share this stunning anniversary session with ya’ll. I’ll let you fall in love with these high school sweet hearts too!

“So they are no longer two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate.” -Matthew 19:6

These two are a little different, Anthony is a man of few words and deep in thought and Bri is instantly charming and willing to make you feel like her best friend. They both are so welcoming in unique ways and fit like lock and key! I met Anthony first so I was REALLY excited when I heard he got engaged and then ten times more excited when I met Bri. She and I hit it off instantly, she made me laugh and feel like an old friend. Their engagement session was so precious since this was the first time I got to see them interact, again they are just perfect for one another. On their wedding day, they opted to do the first look! Anthony had prepared a few sweet words for Bri before the ceremony, which were so touching and kind. Bri, I hope and know you will cherish those words for your life together. Anthony and Bri, I’m praying for your sweet marriage and thank you SO much for allowing me to document this union as hubby and wife! This was an epic wedding and your first look was my favorite thus far. Many of God’s blessing to you and your family.
